Hello! This is Parrotias, an internationally leading supplier of personal protective equipment that provides customers with different types of PPE products that are distinguished by their functionality in various concepts. We are looking for a video editor intern to create new content to assist marketing campaigns,video edition will be for e-commerce products and social media. Our ideal applicant should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be willing to work in a team while still being able to work alone, exercise critical thought, be open-minded and adaptable, and have a meticulous eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Find out product-related videos
Edit and make creative videos for Social media marketing and e-commerce products
Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
Manage sound effects
Use appropriate editing techniques for each video
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ideate and assemble recorded/raw footage into a finished project that is suitable for digital consumption.
Essential skills:
Software: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro X / After Effects / FCP / Blender
Some prior experience in using video and editing equipment
Knows the importance of research in generating quality content.
Basic knowledge and awareness of the role of content on social media platforms.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Desired skills:
Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Effective communication skills include speaking, active listening, and observing.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
A self-motivated person who is eager to learn.
More information:
Duration: The internship should ideally last between 3 and 6 months.
Hours: You must commit to working 20 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day.
You will be required to fulfil daily tasks that can take from 2 to 4 hours.
Team: Your team will consist of 10-12 interns and a manager.
Please note that this is an unpaid internship. Upon completion of the internship, we will provide you with a reference letter and a certificate. Since this is a remote internship, you will have a flexible and independent schedule with great opportunities for growth.
